Regional HR BP: Build Leaders & Talent Across Stores

Red White and Blue Thrift is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner based in New Jersey to serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, ensuring stores operate for strong performance and sustainable growth across multiple markets. This field-focused role requires up to 50–75% travel to stores in the Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Manassas, Bowie region and surrounding areas.
