Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Current SLP-CCC certification or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY).
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Experience working in schools preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Compassion for working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Deliver therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and parent conferences as needed.
