Gemstone ABA is currently seeking a talented, collaborative, and compassionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to help lead and expand our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program!

This position offers the opportunity to continue providing clinical services while developing leadership skills through progressive supervision, program development, and mentorship of clinical staff.

You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, and BCBAs with extensive autism expertise to build a developmentally focused, child-centered ABA program that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Our services are provided primarily in a center-based or preschool setting during school hours, offering greater scheduling consistency and an excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and ABA staff

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ABA Technicians to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans

• Monitor clinical data and make data-driven treatment recommendations

• Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization

• Communicate regularly with families regarding client progress and treatment recommendations

• Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other professionals to deliver coordinated care

• Support the continued growth and expansion of the ABA program while maintaining high clinical standards

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing as a BCBA

• Prior leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

• Passion for delivering high-quality, child-centered ABA services

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary of $120,000–$150,000 , based on experience.
