Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid EC Extended Content licensure required
• Experience working with elementary-age students (grades K-3) strongly preferred
• Previous special education teaching experience, particularly in school settings
• Proficiency in developing, managing, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Ability to effectively instruct and inspire students in accordance with their individual needs
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily, tailored instruction to a caseload of five K-3 students with diverse learning needs
• Progress monitor student growth, collect data, and adapt instructional strategies as needed
• Develop, implement, and manage IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Work closely with families, classroom teachers, and support staff to foster student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
