Associate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, execution-focused Associate Marketing Manager to drive the day-to-day operations of our marketing engine. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of tactical campaign execution, content coordination, and digital channel management. This is a hands-on role perfect for an ambitious marketer who excels at turning strategic plans into active, high-performing software campaigns.

What You Will Do:

• Translate the corporate growth vision of the Head of Marketing and Sales into comprehensive SaaS GTM launch frameworks.
• Own the end-to-end commercial launch lifecycle for new software products, tiered packages, and core feature releases.Lead cross-functional alignment initiatives across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure operational market readiness.
• Define target buyer personas, value propositions, and core messaging frameworks for all customer segments.
• Build high-impact sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, pricing FAQs, and competitive battlecards.
• Analyze core SaaS revenue metrics, including ARR pipeline velocity, win rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Set the overarching strategy and budget allocations for all digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
• Analyze holistic marketing performance metrics and revenue data to provide strategic recommendations for funnel optimization.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on the execution of daily campaign deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are reviewed for alignment with the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as Monday.Com and Salesforce.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for maintaining corporate brand standards across complex tech subjects.
• Proven experience independently deploying, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns across SEO, paid advertising platforms, and social media channels.
• High organizational agility with a proven ability to manage multiple tactical asset deadlines simultaneously without direct supervision.
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn cross-functional GTM strategies from senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
