PRIMEDIA Network is America's largest media advertising network, providing businesses with immediate access to Local Network TV, Cable TV, Streaming TV, CTV/OTT, Radio, Streaming Radio and digital advertising. We're growing—and we're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to turn advertising dollars into qualified leads. This is not a position where you hire an agency and manage them. This is not a position where you spend your day sitting in meetings. This is not a position where you sit on Claude all day trying to figure out what to do. And this is definitely not a position for someone whose digital marketing experience consists primarily of posting on social media. You will personally build, launch, manage, analyze and improve campaigns. If you've successfully managed Google Ads and paid social campaigns, understand conversion tracking, know how to improve landing-page performance, and can show us campaigns where your work generated measurable results, we want to talk to you. WHAT YOU'LL OWN GOOGLE ADS & PAID SEARCH You should be extremely comfortable inside Google Ads. You will: Build and manage Google Search campaigns Conduct keyword and competitor research Develop keyword and negative-keyword strategies Write and test responsive search ads Manage bidding strategies and budgets Improve Quality Scores and campaign efficiency Monitor search terms and eliminate wasted spend Build remarketing strategies Track calls, forms and qualified leads Analyze cost per click, cost per lead and conversion rates Continuously optimize campaigns for stronger ROI Google Ads certification is strongly preferred. More importantly, we want to see what you've actually accomplished. PAID SOCIAL MEDIA You will develop and manage paid campaigns across platforms including: Facebook | Instagram | LinkedIn | TikTok You should understand: Audience targeting Retargeting Campaign objectives Creative testing Copy testing Cost-per-lead analysis Conversion tracking We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to boost a post. We want someone who knows how to generate leads. LANDING PAGES & CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION Getting the click is only half the job. You should understand what happens after the click. You will help create, test and improve landing pages designed to turn traffic into: Phone Calls. Form Submissions. Qualified Leads. Customers. Experience with the following is important: WordPress Conversion-rate optimization Forms and lead flows Call tracking A/B testing Google Analytics Conversion tracking Basic HTML/CSS CREATIVE & CONTENT You should be comfortable developing or helping produce: Digital advertisements Social media ads Landing pages Headlines Calls to action Short-form video Marketing graphics Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is highly desirable. Strong copywriting ability is a major plus. ANALYTICS, ATTRIBUTION & ROI We don't want reports filled with vanity metrics. We want to know: What did we spend? How many qualified leads did we generate? What did those leads cost? Which campaigns produced them? Which campaigns didn't? And what are we changing tomorrow to make the numbers better? You should be comfortable working with: Google Analytics Google Ads conversion tracking Meta tracking Call tracking CRM attribution Campaign reporting Cost-per-lead analysis Conversion-rate analysis ROI/ROAS measurement Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus. THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone with approximately 5+ years of meaningful digital marketing experience who can demonstrate actual results.
