A well-established Texas mechanical contractor is looking for a Senior Estimator to step into a key leadership role within their Houston team.

This isn't a position where you'll just be asked to crank out estimates. With several long-tenured leaders approaching retirement, they're looking for someone who can help lead the next chapter of an established estimating department.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead estimates for large, complex mechanical and plumbing projects
• Mentor and develop other estimators
• Work closely with clients and project teams throughout preconstruction
• Build relationships throughout the Houston construction market
• Help improve processes and bring new ideas to the table

What They're Looking For

This role is a strong fit for someone with extensive estimating experience with a mechanical contractor , particularly someone with experience in:

• Healthcare and medical construction
• Large, ground-up projects
• Mechanical and plumbing systems
• Leading or mentoring other estimators

Experience with Trimble, or AutoBid Mechanical would be a plus.
