Salary: $46,000 - $70,000 annually
Our company is currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients. Saranto Calamas CPA, PC is a full-service public accounting firm. We are looking for knowledgeable bookkeepers that have experience working on multiple clients. Staff management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
- Compute and record numerical data.
- Check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Perform data entry.
- Analyze and Verify Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Process and file Payroll and Payroll tax returns.
- Prepare and file sales Tax Returns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- QuickBooks Experience is required.
Payroll processing experience a plus.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
