Location: Montana (Poplar or Wolf Point – final site TBD)
Position Type: Full-Time | Contract
Duration: 1 Year
Start Date: As soon as security cleared
A long-term contract opportunity is available for a Nurse Case Manager to support patient care coordination services in Montana.

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN license
Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) experience required
Prior case management experience preferred
Ability to obtain required security clearance
