Cafe Shift Supervisor — Three Beans Cafe

Full-Time | $16/hour + Tips | Days & Nights

Three Beans Cafe is looking for a Cafe Shift Supervisor to help lead daily shifts, maintain the venue, and ensure our service and operating standards are consistently met.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The Shift Supervisor will work alongside the team while taking ownership of the overall condition and operation of the cafe during their shift.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the current staff during assigned shifts
• Maintain Three Beans Cafe service and hospitality standards
• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, appearance, and overall upkeep of the venue
• Make sure opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and shift duties are completed properly
• Monitor the guest experience and address issues as they arise
• Support the team with barista, bar, register, floor, and general cafe duties when needed
• Keep the team productive, organized, and accountable throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar, restaurant, cafe, or hospitality experience
• Previous supervisor, shift lead, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Comfortable managing and directing a team
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the venue
• Reliable, professional, and guest-focused
• Available for both day and night shifts
• Looking for a full-time, long-term position

Compensation

**$16 per hour + tips. Average tipped wages is between $24-$30 per hr. **

The goal of this position is simple: take ownership of the shift, maintain the venue, manage the team, and make sure Three Beans Cafe standards are being upheld at all times.
