Job Description FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY, Chris Ligori & Associates, an AV Rated Firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent Plaintiffs in Pre Suit and Litigation cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on challenging cases and contribute to the continued success of our firm. Responsibilities Handle Pre Suit and/or Litigation cases Manage a caseload of personal injury cases Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court proceedings Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Assist in trial or with experience 1st chair trials Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in Florida Must have experience handling and/or litigating personal injury cases Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented and able to manage caseload Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits 401(k) with matching 100% Health insurance premium Life insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Pay for gym membership at JCC Ample Paid time off Pay Florida Bar and FJA Dues Generous Salary with Performance Bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr Christopher N Ligori P A
