What We Offer Competitive Base Salary: $125,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do Independently manage a caseload of divorce and family law matters from retention through resolution. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials throughout Colorado. Develop effective litigation strategies tailored to each client's circumstances and goals. Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service. Maintain strong communication with clients and provide practical, strategic legal guidance. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm's Colorado practice. What We're Looking For 5+ years of substantive family law experience, including divorce, custody, support, and related domestic relations matters. Active Colorado Bar License in good standing. Demonstrated litigation experience, including courtroom appearances, contested hearings, and trial preparation. Ability to independently manage cases and provide strategic legal counsel. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. A collaborative, proactive approach to working with colleagues and support staff. Excellent organizational skills and comfort working with legal technology. Ability to reliably attend court proceedings, mediations, and other required in-person engagements throughout Colorado. An existing book of business is welcome but not required. Attorneys who bring established client relationships will have the opportunity to benefit from our ongoing origination bonus structure.
