Chaska Heights, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Full Time) to join our growing team. Chaska Heights Senior Living is located one mile north of Highway 212 off of Highway 41 in Chaska, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Position: CNA, HHA or Caregiver

Hourly Wage: CNA - $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour and HHA & Caregiver - $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, depending on experience

Service Area: 3120 N Chestnut St N, Chaska, MN 55318

Schedule: Full/part-time AM, 7am-3pm and part-time PM, 3pm-11pm

Duties & Responsibilities: In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
