Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Must be a High School Graduate and at least 18 years old to be able to get your Real Estate License! • Must be tech-savvy! Compensation: $70,000 - $138,500 yearly
