Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Follow up with the leads we provide and build real relationships with buyers and sellers. • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits. • Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication. • Host open houses and show homes. • Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities. • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood. Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Technology driven • Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and building a client base. • Ability to effectively utilize CRM systems for managing client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups. • Proven track record of conducting successful buyer and seller consultations, leveraging provided scripts and frameworks. • Ability to showcase properties through engaging open houses and showings, highlighting unique features and benefits. • Experience working collaboratively with transaction teams to ensure accurate and efficient paperwork completion. • Strong local knowledge of Jacksonville, FL, to answer client questions about homes and neighborhoods. Compensation: $120,000+

Compensation:
$120,000 per year
