Job Description
TGH Senior Center Powered by Greenbrook Medical is hiring Primary Care Physicians (IM / FM / Geriatrics) for new and expansion clinic locations in the Greater Tampa Bay area (immediate through 2027).
This is a value-based care model with small patient panels, longer visits, and strong clinical support, allowing physicians to focus on quality care instead of volume.

Position Overview
Physicians provide comprehensive primary care for senior patients in a coordinated, value-based care environment focused on outcomes, prevention, and patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing chronic and preventive care
- Developing personalized care plans
- Coordinating with specialists and care team
- Meeting quality metrics in value-based model
- Building strong patient relationships
- Using EMR (Epic) for documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (required)
- Florida license or eligible
- 26 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Interest in value-based or senior care preferred
