User Access Coordinator

Summary / Objective We're looking for a highly organized, reliable coordinator to manage access requests and keep things moving. This role is not technical — it's about tracking requests, communicating clearly, and following up consistently to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're detail-oriented, persistent, and good at keeping things organized, you'll do well here. Essential Functions Track and manage a high volume of requests using a shared tracking system Send and respond to emails to request information and follow up on outstanding items Monitor open requests and follow up regularly until they are completed Keep all tracking data accurate and up to date Identify delays and flag issues that need escalation Use templates and standard processes to keep communication consistent Work Schedule & Location This position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM We are a 24x7x365 business and rotational after-hours support may be required Your Traits & Characteristics This role is a great fit if you are someone early in their career looking to build experience, someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work, and someone who takes pride in being dependable and organized. What success looks like in this role: requests are tracked accurately and updated in real time, follow-ups happen without needing reminders, very few requests are missed or delayed unnecessarily, and overall turnaround time improves because requests are actively managed.
