Clinical Services, Client Services Associate

Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Clinical Services, Client Services Associate working from our Phoenix, AZ office location, with a start date of August 1, 2026. Exceptional Benefits Package: Excellent Annual Salary + 20% Bonus Potential 20 Accrued PTO Days Annually + 10 Paid Holidays 401K with 100% Company Match up to 6% 3 Health Care Plan Options + Company HSA Contribution Company Stock Grant Upon Hire A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Client Services Associate The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Clinical Services Department while ensuring the highest standards of clinical data integrity and quality are maintained in alignment with Clinical Services initiatives focused on improving patient treatment, health, and medical outcomes. This role is primarily responsible for facilitating the tissue acquisition process and coordinating with outside laboratories as needed, processing all order- and fax-related documentation with thorough and accurate tracking of all orders and materials received, and delivering general customer service support by responding promptly and professionally to routine requests for information via phone and electronic communication.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent. One year of administrative experience.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday in office from 7:30AM - 4:00PM, exempt position, working from the Phoenix, AZ office location.
