• 2nd Shift – 4 Openings

• 4th Shift – 1 Opening

Seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics with strong industrial maintenance and machine repair experience to support manufacturing operations and production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on industrial machinery, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, engineering drawings, and manuals

• Diagnose equipment issues using precision measuring and testing instruments

• Disassemble and repair defective mechanical components using hand and power tools

• Perform equipment alignment, adjustments, and installations

• Fabricate and repair components using machine shop equipment including mills, lathes, drill presses, and welding equipment

• Support continuous operation of manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems

• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document maintenance activities

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Card, equivalent degree/certification with industrial maintenance experience, OR 10+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience required

• Strong experience troubleshooting industrial mechanical systems

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, bearings, and production equipment

• Ability to use precision measuring equipment including calipers and micrometers

• Blueprint and schematic reading experience required

• Welding and machining experience preferred

• Manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance background strongly preferred
