Industrial Baker

We are actively seeking a skilled Industrial Baker to join our fast-paced production team and help craft high-volume artisan breads. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing multiple commercial convection ovens, industrial mixers, proofers, and slicers to proof and bake dough to exact recipe specifications. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to hit daily output goals, all while upholding strict food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to consistently meet BRC audit requirements. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple commercial convection ovens, ensuring precise temperature and timing control.

• Manage large-scale baking equipment to successfully produce high-volume artisan breads.

• Proof and bake dough products according to exact company recipes and food safety specifications.

• Safely operate essential production machinery, including industrial mixers, proofers, and slicers.

• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards to meet BRC audit requirements.

• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout the entire production process.

• Coordinate with production supervisors and team members to consistently meet daily output goals.

The essential functions of this role include:
