Civil Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee federal civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout.

This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field operations, safety, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Location: Pottstown, PA or Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor project quality, safety, and contract compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and risk assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Federal or Department of Defense project experience
• PMP certification
• OSHA 10/30/40 certifications
• USACE QA/QC certification
