Were looking for a Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with people, hitting goals, and creating an exceptional first impression . This is a front-facing role where youll:
- Drive membership growth
- Book Intro Classes
- Convert prospects into long-term members
- $17.00 per hour + commission opportunities
- Free Pilates classes
- Opportunity for growth into leadership roles
- Be part of a fast-growing, community-driven brand
- Monday: 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Thursday: 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Additional evening availability as needed
- Drive membership sales through lead follow-up, booking, and closing
- Connect with prospects and guide them into Intro Classes
- Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience from first visit to sign-up
- Conduct studio tours and build genuine relationships
- Hit and exceed sales goals across memberships and retail
- Support member retention through ongoing communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy studio environment
- Assist with marketing efforts, events, and social media
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
- Confident communicator in person and on the phone
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
- Passion for fitness and helping others feel their best
- Sales or fitness experience is a plus, not required
