Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of IT Operations experience with ownership of End User Computing, Service Desk, Digital Workplace, or IT Service Delivery functions 5+ years leading enterprise support teams and workplace technologies Strong experience with: End User Computing (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, endpoint management) SCCM/MECM and endpoint deployment management Service Desk operations and support delivery Microsoft 365 administration and support ITIL-based service management practices Digital workplace transformation initiatives Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, contracts, and procurement activities Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate operational performance and make data-driven decisions Experience managing third-party service providers and vendor accountability Hands-on leadership style with the ability to dive into operational issues when needed

Job Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Workplace Services to lead End User Computing (EUC), Service Desk Operations, and overall workplace technology strategy. This individual will oversee the employee technology experience, including endpoint management, service delivery, workplace modernization initiatives, vendor management, and operational budgets.

The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can provide strategic leadership while remaining hands-on with operational challenges, vendor oversight, process improvement, technology investments, and performance validation.

Day-to-Day Lead End User Computing and Service Desk teams supporting the enterprise workforce Manage endpoint standards, device lifecycle programs, and security compliance Drive digital workplace strategy, transformation initiatives, and user experience improvements Establish and monitor service KPIs, operational metrics, and support performance Evaluate and validate work performed by internal teams and third-party vendors Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and vendor spend management Analyze operational data to drive efficiency, service improvements, and cost optimization Lead adoption of new workplace tools, automation, and AI-enabled support capabilities Collaborate with cybersecurity, HR, facilities, and business leaders on cross-functional initiatives Provide executive-level reporting on operational performance, risks, and strategic initiatives
