Technical Support Specialist - Hybrid

$24.54 - $33.68 per hour

Stryker Orthopaedics

Hybrid technical support role providing customer service and troubleshooting for Stryker products. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone and email, documenting service requests, and collaborating with field teams to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical inquiries and customer service requests via phone and email
Troubleshoot product issues and partner with field representatives on issue resolution
Document service requests, technical findings, and customer interactions in established systems
Analyze service metrics and trends to recommend performance and customer experience improvements
Contribute to root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

3 years of professional customer and/or technical support experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and overtime as needed
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
Experience documenting technical findings and service activities
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in French or Spanish a plus

Compensation: $24.54 - $33.68 USD hourly
