Sales Support Representative - 1st Shift (Hybrid)

Sales Support Representative providing order management and customer service support to medical account managers across multiple sales regions. Responsibilities include order entry, scheduling, conversion management, and communication coordination between customers, sales staff, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Process capital orders, manage scheduling, and oversee order lifecycle from conversion through delivery
• Provide support to 2-3 sales regions including order entry, expedites, warranty replacements, and inquiry troubleshooting
• Serve as communication liaison between sales representatives, regional managers, and internal teams regarding order management
• Answer incoming calls and emails from account managers and manage customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and ensure 100% compliance with company order entry procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of related work experience
• Proficiency with SAP or Salesforce systems preferred
• Account management or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Compensation: $21.58 - $29.20 USD Hourly
