Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC)
Rochester, Pennsylvania

We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician in Rochester, Pennsylvania who wants predictable hours, meaningful clinical work, and strong loan repayment support.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy. You’ll serve as the primary clinician for a manageable caseload averaging just 5 patients per day. You’ll practice with autonomy while being backed by a fully supportive clinical and administrative team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$80,000+ base salary depending on experience
