Outpatient Clinical Supervisor – Aliquippa, Pennsylvania – Full-time – Salary: $65,000 – Posted April 21, 2026 About the Role The Clinical Quality Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided across assigned outpatient programs. This role acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs. The position supports five offices and operates in a hybrid remote capacity, working 1–2 days from home depending on location needs, with flexibility required to travel weekly or monthly to Beaver, Brentwood, and North Hills outpatient clinics as needed. This position will also oversee our school based mental health partnerships.
