Big Snow American Dream is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to help guests with entry, passes, rentals and information throughout the resort. The role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service, and the ability to work in chilly conditions. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
