We provide integrated, mission-ready hardware that brings together multiple technologies into unified systems engineered to perform in demanding operational environments. Our tip-to-tail capabilities include payload protection and deployment systems, propulsion systems, aerodynamic interstage systems, separation systems, missile subsystems, shroud systems, launch systems, and payload integration solutions.In this role, you will capture, validate, and maintain high volumes of data across enterprise systems to support accurate production, inventory, and program records. You will help ensure data integrity, support audits, and maintain up?to?date documentation that enables operational efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain activities.Schedule1st shift, 4/10 schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.ResponsibilitiesPerforms Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system transactions to support daily production operations and maintain accurate inventory records.Creates production jobs according to the production schedule and processes job closures.Executes inventory transfers, adjustments, and raw material cycle counts.Investigates and resolves discrepancies identified during inventory counts.Creates and maintains Bills of Materials (BOMs).Supports internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.Transfers data from paper documents into databases or electronic systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.Creates spreadsheets and maintains existing data by verifying source information, updating records, and retrieving data as requested.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience using ERP systems commonly utilized in manufacturing environments, such as SAP or Oracle.Preferred Qualifications1 to 2 years of experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) or ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.This position requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizens and nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offHealth Savings Account (HSA) with company contributionFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Company?paid life and AD&D insuranceShort? and long?term disability coverageTuition reimbursementKarman Space and Defense is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
