Alliance HCM is hiring a full-time HCM Implementation Specialist – HRIS Integration Analyst in Shenandoah, TX. YOUR ROLE AS AN HCM IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST - HRIS INTEGRATION ANALYST:In this full-time role, you'll ensure accurate and seamless HRIS and payroll data integration. You'll import and reconcile wage data, tax liabilities, and banking details, perform quality checks on PTO plans, benefits, and garnishments, and communicate project updates to stakeholders. You'll also assist with training and actively support our vision for excellence.In order to do this, you'll need the following:Hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technologyExperience working with timekeeping solutions (Swipeclock preferred)Strong relationship-building skillsExperience with Excel, human capital management, and SQL Server, along with a four-year post-secondary education or a bachelor's degree, is preferred.OUR COMPANYAt Alliance, we're on a mission to be the largest independent human capital management (HCM) company in the U.S.!
