Behavioral Health Case Manager

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Lorain, OH is seeking a part-time or full-time Behavioral Services professional to support children, adolescents, adults, and others in our care. You will work with licensed clinicians to implement treatment plans, coordinate services, and promote daily living skills, with a focus on crisis prevention and collaborative care.
The role requires 18+ and a valid driver's license; travel within the service area is expected.
