About Us

Pointe East Realty is a boutique, relationship-focused brokerage specializing in new construction and luxury residential communities throughout Hampton Roads. We partner closely with respected builders to deliver an elevated homebuying experience from contract to closing.

We are expanding and seeking a driven, polished New Homes Sales Professional to represent our builder partners onsite and lead buyers through the new-construction journey.

Position Overview

The New Homes Sales Professional serves as the on-site sales representative for designated communities, guiding buyers through floor plans, pricing, structural/design options, and contract execution. This role requires professionalism, follow-through, strong follow-up systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

This is an opportunity for a motivated agent to grow within a high-energy new construction environment with consistent inventory and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Represent builder communities as the on-site sales professional

• Convert walk-in traffic, online inquiries, and agent referrals into contracts

• Conduct model home tours and community presentations

• Educate buyers on floor plans, features, warranties, and build timelines

• Maintain consistent CRM follow-up and pipeline management

• Coordinate with lenders, construction managers, and cooperating agents

• Host open houses and broker events

• Track traffic, contracts, and market feedback

• Ensure model homes are professionally maintained and market-ready

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)

• 2+ years real estate experience preferred (new construction experience a plus)

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work weekends (required)

• Tech-savvy (MLS, CRM, Dotloop or similar platforms)

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
