Overview

Our client is hiring a Founding Customer Success Engineer to help customers get meaningful value from the platform. The successful candidate will maintain an unusually high-touch and customer-facing approach as the company scales, building the automation, tools, and operating systems that handle everything a person should not have to do manually.

About the Company

Our client is an agent-first platform for teams to build bespoke GTM software. Agents are making it possible for anyone to build custom software around how a company sells. However, turning a good idea into a production system still requires coordination across data providers, internal and external data, APIs, permissions, integrations, monitoring, and operational infrastructure.

The platform makes that layer practical, giving power users and agents the primitives to build and run the exact systems their company needs. The company already has thousands of power users across several T1 companies and has grown rapidly since launching six months ago. The team is lean, deeply technical, and moving quickly to build infrastructure for agent-built software.

The Role

This is not a traditional support role. The successful candidate will be the technical partner who helps customers move from a promising idea to a system they trust and rely on. They will go deep on customer data, tools, workflows, and goals, guide implementation, solve problems when they emerge, and ensure the product is producing real outcomes.

The successful candidate will also be close to the company's most important product feedback. The patterns they find across customer deployments should become AI automations, product capabilities, and documentation that make the next customer successful faster.

Responsibilities

• Help customers design and build the GTM systems they need using the platform

• Diagnose and resolve workflow, data, integration, and product issues with urgency and good judgment
\n
• Build trusted relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders and make customer goals concrete and measurable
\n
• Turn successful implementations into reusable playbooks, templates, documentation, and product feedback
\n
• Serve as the customer's advocate internally, partnering closely with product and engineering to improve the platform
\n
• Identify adoption risks and expansion opportunities early, and help customers reach durable value
\n

What They're Looking For

\n
• Demonstrated experience in customer success engineering, solutions engineering, technical account management, implementation, forward-deployed work, or similarly customer-facing technical roles
\n
• Technical fluency and comfort working with APIs, data, integrations, and modern software systems, including ability to write or modify scripts when needed
\n
• Strong translation ability between business goals and technical decisions with clear communication to both executives and practitioners
\n
• Ownership mentality toward customer outcomes, moving toward problems and staying with them until resolved
\n
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to turn one-off customer needs into clear, reusable solutions
\n
• Experience with GTM systems, CRMs, data infrastructure, or agent products is useful but not required
\n
• Comfort using coding agents (coding experience not required)
\n
