Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Assist residents with ADLs (CNAs)
• Administer medications and treatments (LVNs/LPNs, RNs)
• Follow care plans and facility policies
• Document accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with staff and residents
• Maintain professionalism and high-quality care

Requirements

• Active California RN, LVN/LPN, or CNA license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• TB Test + Physical (within past 12 months)
• Must be eligible for W-2 employment
• Ability to start quickly
• Reliable and professional demeanor
