What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an exceptional restaurant operations leader who knows how to turn great restaurants into outstanding businesses! Someone who leads by example, inspires their teams, drives profitability, and has a true passion for delivering unforgettable hospitality experiences.

• Proven multi-unit restaurant leadership experience overseeing at least two restaurants , with a strong background in upscale dining and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, profitability, budgeting, and cost controls.
• A hands-on, inspiring leader who excels at coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing General Managers and their teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, maximizing profitability, improving operational performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality, strategic growth, and taking restaurant operations to the next level.
