Operations Manager – Genesis Health Clubs Base Salary: $36,000 + Performance Bonuses

Help Run the Club.

Genesis Health Clubs is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Operations Manager to become a key member of our club leadership team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of daily club operations. Maintain appropriate Front Desk coverage while effectively managing departmental payroll

• Coach employees and provide consistent performance feedback
• Support member account needs, including membership changes, freezes, cancellations, and account follow-up
• Oversee cash-handling procedures, deposits, and Front Desk reporting
• Monitor staffing hours and payroll to operate the department efficiently
• Help plan, promote, and execute club socials and member events
• Step in and support Front Desk operations when additional coverage is necessary
• Help create a positive, accountable, high-energy culture throughout the club

These responsibilities reflect the Operations Manager's role in leading the Front Desk, supporting member services, maintaining club standards, and serving as an active member of the club leadership team.
2+ years of experience in hospitality, fitness, sales, customer service, or a related field

• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software
• Compensation & Performance Bonuses

• $Bonus performance is tied to key operational results, including Front Desk payroll efficiency, member-service follow-up, account management, and member experience.

This is a full-time leadership position with a flexible schedule . Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays is required based on the needs of the club.
