Our customers are millwork and cabinet shops, door fabricators, general contractors, architects, and designers working on high-end residential and commercial projects. Why This Role Matters Our sales team spends its days solving hardware problems for customers. Every one of those conversations leaves a trail: a contact to log, a quote to build, a follow-up to schedule, a handoff to Operations. When that trail is clean, customers get fast answers and orders that ship right. When it isn't, things slip through the cracks. As our Sales Coordinator, you'll own that trail. You'll keep our CRM accurate, keep quotes and deals moving, and make sure every order reaches Operations Clean + Complete + Documented . You'll free our sales reps to focus on the work only they can do, and along the way you'll learn a specialized, fascinating industry from the inside. What You'll Do Keep leads and opportunities organized (HubSpot) Help field incoming inquiries, identify each customer's sales segment, and gather project details Create and maintain contact, company, lead, and deal records with accurate notes, owners, and next steps Help sales reps keep their records and scheduled follow-ups current Support pipeline reporting and data integrity Keep quotes moving Prepare and process quotes based on direction from sales reps Monitor open quotes and deals for missing information or overdue follow-up, and chase them down Maintain quote and opportunity documentation Connect Sales and Operations Coordinate customer requests with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service Check vendor lead times, stock availability, and order status when Sales needs them Handle payment links, purchase orders, account setup, and other transactional steps leading up to an order Confirm every closed deal is Clean + Complete + Documented before it's handed off Help customers, and know when to hand off Cover straightforward customer needs such as order status, reorders, and account questions Route technical, product-selection, pricing, and negotiation questions to the right sales rep What Success Looks Like First 30 days: You've learned our HubSpot setup, our sales process, getting familiar with our core product lines, and you're shadowing reps on quotes and handoffs. By 90 days: Deal records are consistently accurate and current. Quotes go out with complete information, overdue follow-ups get caught, and the reps rely on you. Beyond: You know our standard products well enough to handle routine quotes with light review, and you're helping us improve how the sales process runs. You Might Be a Great Fit If You have 2+ years in sales support, administration, customer service, or operations coordination. Building products or hardware experience is a plus, but not required. You have hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), you're comfortable in Google Workspace, and you pick up new systems quickly. You notice missing information and can't let it go. You write clearly and are comfortable working across departments. You're comfortable with basic math and with both imperial and metric measurements. You're curious. You want to know how a pivot hinge works, and why one is right for a door and another isn't. You're flexible. We're growing, and our systems and processes are still evolving. No hardware experience?
