The Must‑Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related design field such as user‑experience, design‑strategy, interaction design, or visual and content design is required. This is a Senior Principal role requiring extensive experience. Experience: 10+ years of experience in specialization like user experience, design strategy, interaction design, or visual and content design. Proven history of running client engagements, delivering results on time, and working with design systems, components, and extensible assets. Skills: Expert proficiency in digital design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, AfterEffects); proficient in front‑end web development (HTML/JS/CSS) and rapid prototyping techniques; master facilitator with strong public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills; expert in creating experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, flows, high‑fidelity wireframes, and UI/visual design.
