Explain insurance policy options clearly and confidently.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals.

Process new business applications and endorsements accurately.

Provide excellent ongoing service to our valued clients.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.

Valid California Property & Casualty License (Required)

At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Comfort with technology and learning new systems.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
