The Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards. You may also be assigned to perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working order for our customers.We value our Technician Team! We hope you are interested in joining our dealership family!Key Responsibilities:Diagnose automotive issues using experience, tools, and manufacturer proceduresPerform routine maintenance and inspectionsConduct pre-delivery vehicle checksMaintain vehicle cleanliness during serviceEnsure documentation complies with regulations and company standardsProvide accurate service recommendations to customersSupport shop efficiency through organization, inventory tasks, and general dutiesAttend meetings and required training sessionsAdhere to all safety and environmental proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)Minimum 1 year of dealership-level or high-volume shop experience (Luxury experience preferred)ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic abilityValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to drive both automatic and manual transmissionsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicPhysical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work in various conditionsWillingness to pass a background check and clear a drug testWhat We Offer:Weekly payCompetitive pay: $20.00 – $55.00 per flat-rate hour, depending on experienceFlexible work schedulePaid Time Off (PTO)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceCompany-paid Long-Term Disability InsuranceShort-Term Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchJob Type: Full-Time.
