Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Handle a broad range of litigation matters including trial preparation, depositions, hearings, motions, pleadings, and discovery. Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating exceptional courtroom presence and advocacy skills. Draft and review various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests and responses. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and advise clients. Maintain open and regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have. Manage all aspects of case management, ensuring timely progression and resolution of cases. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. Continually stay updated with changes in laws and regulations, and leverage this knowledge to benefit our clients and the firm. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney with a strong focus on litigation and civil litigation. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Proven experience in trial preparation, depositions, hearings, motions, pleadings, and discovery. Exceptional legal writing and research skills. Demonstrated ability in delivering high-quality client service. Proficient in case management and able to handle a diverse caseload. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision. A team player with a strong work ethic, committed to professional growth and development.
