IT Support Specialist

Foster working relationships with customers to effectively resolve issues. Maintain an inventory of equipment and software to track for distribution and recovery Keep abreast of new technologies, working with company staff in assessing training and development needs. Promote effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers. Perform duties of Help Desk Analyst as needed. Provide additional end-user technical support as needed. Configure and deploy computer systems and other IT equipment. Assist with special projects on various issues as needed. You Have High School diploma or GED, some college preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Interpersonal skills necessary to interface effectively with users, vendors, and other employees. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Working knowledge using Microsoft 365. Working knowledge using SharePoint preferred. Knowledge of mobile devices in a corporate environment is preferred. Knowledge of wired and wireless networking technology is required.
