This is not simply an administrative position. We're looking for someone who is exceptional with people—professional, personable, confident, and comfortable communicating directly with real estate clients. Sometimes it means helping a seller understand why a price adjustment may be necessary, calmly presenting an offer they may not initially like, or helping navigate a difficult situation toward a productive outcome. You communicate well, listen carefully, think on your feet, and know how to maintain a strong client relationship even during challenging conversations. You're also a genuine team player—flexible, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Some responsibilities are sophisticated and client-facing; others are simply the everyday details that keep a successful real estate business moving. No task is too big or too small. Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time or part-time hybrid opportunity for the right person. The position combines working directly alongside the agent in a private home office, field work throughout Southwest Florida, and responsibilities that can be completed remotely. We're open to structuring the position around the right individual and the skills and value they can bring to the team. An Added PerkFor licensed team members, there is also an opportunity to earn additional real estate commission income. This is not a commission-only sales position, and there is no requirement to prospect for or generate your own career. We have an established business, lead flow and sales opportunities. It's simply an additional opportunity for someone who enjoys sales to continue earning occasional commission income while benefiting from the stability of regular compensation. Responsibilities: You'll work directly alongside the agent and help manage our listings, sellers and day-to-day real estate activities.Responsibilities may include: Communicating regularly with sellers and providing exceptional client service Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact Following up on showing activity and buyer feedback Discussing market activity and helping sellers understand what the market is telling us Confidently assisting with conversations regarding price adjustments and changing market conditions Communicating and helping present offers, including offers that may be substantially below a seller's expectations Helping navigate objections and challenging conversations professionally and tactfully Coordinating listings and ensuring the details are handled from listing through contract Managing MLS listings, paperwork, deadlines and listing updates Coordinating photography, signage, vendors, appointments and property access Communicating with cooperating agents, title companies and other real estate professionals Assisting with negotiations and transaction-related communication Keeping the agent informed while independently handling responsibilities within the scope of the position Helping manage follow-up, priorities and the everyday details of a busy real estate business Assisting with occasional field work and real estate-related errands Supporting marketing, social media, content and AI-assisted projects when appropriate Qualifications: Previous real estate experience required Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with negotiation, objection handling and difficult client conversations Strong judgment, professionalism and discretion A positive, flexible CAN-DO attitude A genuine team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed Organized, proactive and dependable with excellent follow-through Experience with residential listings, transactions and MLS preferred Florida Real Estate License strongly preferred; exceptional candidates willing to obtain their license will be considered Marketing, social media, content creation and AI experience are preferred but not required Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new systems Reliable transportation and ability to work in a combination of office, field and remote environments Compensation: 52000
