Full-Time Dialysis Nurse (Night Shift)

Role Overview: The RN provides inpatient acute dialysis care on a 13-bed unit, delivering advanced renal replacement therapies such as hemodialysis, CVVHDF, CVVHD, and more. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards. Educate patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medications. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while participating in professional development. Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing. RN license required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
