Manager- Predictive Planning and Insights

The Manager of Predictive Planning & Insights (PPI) leads a team responsible for developing revenue forecasts, commercial insights, predictive analytics, and decision-support tools that drive profitable growth across Sherwin-Williams' Industrial Businesses (Performance Coatings Group). This role partners closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Leadership, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Enterprise Finance to identify key revenue drivers, improve forecast accuracy, and provide actionable business insights. The position combines advanced analytics, financial planning, and external market intelligence to support strategic decision-making and enhance the organization's ability to anticipate market trends, customer demand, and revenue opportunities. Working closely with the Director of Predictive Planning & Insights and the FP&A Center of Excellence (COE), this role leads the development and adoption of predictive forecasting methodologies, machine learning-driven business insights, and enterprise analytical capabilities while driving a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
