Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to lead planning and analysis efforts that directly influence business strategy, in a hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making Analyze business performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis Partner with department leaders to build budgets and monitor performance against targets Present financial results and forecasts to senior leadership Manage and mentor FP&A analysts, supporting their professional development Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy across FP&A functions Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across planning tools and systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience Prior experience managing or mentoring team members preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with FP&A/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights) preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights What Our Client Offers Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential Hybrid work schedule based in Cleveland, OH Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic business initiatives Generous paid time off and company-observed holidays Strong potential for career growth within the finance organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
