Talent Sourcer & Social Media Coordinator

Hire Options is seeking a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer & Social Media Coordinator to support our recruiting team and grow our online presence. This role combines candidate sourcing and screening with social media management, content creation, and employer branding. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, creating engaging content, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position is 5 days onsite. Responsibilities Source and engage candidates for administrative, executive support, legal, corporate, creative, and leadership positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting tools Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain organized candidate pipelines and ATS records Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates Manage Hire Options' social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Create and publish engaging content, promote job openings, and develop branded graphics using Canva or similar tools Maintain a social media content calendar, monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and track performance Collaborate with company leadership and the recruiting team to strengthen our brand and expand our professional networks Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1-3 years of administrative support experience required Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools a must Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with high-volume outbound calls Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Creative, proactive, and collaborative approach with a strong work ethic A huge plus: Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, marketing, or social media management Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
