ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an entry‑level Payments Specialist to join our growing Utah office. The role includes enrolling vendors, processing and researching payments, and supporting a variety of related tasks in a collaborative and challenging environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully work pending vendor enrollments within required timeframes. Process electronic payments on behalf of clients via phone calls and/or web portals. Update vendor records for various payment options: virtual card, ACH or check. Assist vendors to ensure payments are processed within designated guidelines. Actively review and monitor outstanding payments issued to vendors. Complete client inquiries via email within one business day. Assist fellow employees with workload to ensure invoice payments meet service level agreements. Strive to find more efficient ways to perform tasks and recommend process enhancements to improve business and growth. Display a positive attitude and uphold strong core values. Work overtime as requested by management during new growth or onboarding periods. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED Strong communication skills. High level of attention to detail, quality, effective verbal and written communication, and excellent follow‑through. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting established goals and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptability to frequent process changes, duties or assignments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; minimum of 50 words per minute. Experience with Excel. Experience with Salesforce is preferred. Previous customer service experience strongly preferred. New college graduates need not have prior experience, but any role in customer support, retail, or a similar field is strongly preferred. Non‑college graduates must have 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, support, sales, lead generation, or collections. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
