Security Operations Manager-Hybrid Role Overview Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors. Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations. Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary. Role Responsibilities Develops, modifies and executes company policies that affect company operations across a small geographical area. Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet business requirements. Analyzes, investigates and recommends process improvements related to loss control and incident reports. Manages and is accountable for the Security budget for the operations across a small geographic area. Role Requirements Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred. Role Preference Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to compliment the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets. Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 10-12 years relevant experience. Includes 3-5 years managerial/ leadership experience. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
