$85,000–$115,000 Base | $250,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission | Equity Potential

We’ve partnered with an internationally established recruitment business headquartered in Brickell, Miami, expanding its AI and Go-to-Market recruitment division.

The business has built a highly profitable recruitment platform across Life Sciences, Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, with established relationships spanning venture-backed businesses, global Pharmaceutical organisations and some of the most innovative companies in healthcare.

The commercial model is particularly attractive. High average fees, established client relationships, excellent internal performance and the infrastructure to help experienced recruiters substantially increase their billings.

The platform

The focus is Go-to-Market recruitment across AI, Technology and Life Sciences, supporting companies building and scaling their commercial functions.

You’ll recruit across:

• Enterprise Sales and Account Executives
\n
• VP Sales, CROs and Commercial Leadership
\n
• Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
\n
• Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy
\n
• AI-native Biotech, TechBio, Digital Health and Enterprise AI

The opportunity offers considerable scope to develop a specialist market, build senior client relationships and establish a substantial personal billing desk.

The requirements

We’re interested in commercially successful agency recruiters with:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience
\n
• A demonstrable history of winning new business
\n
• Experience recruiting Sales, GTM or specialist Technology professionals
\n
• Strong personal billing performance
\n
• Confidence engaging with founders, executives and senior decision-makers
\n
• The ability to operate independently within a high-performance environment
\n

Previous Life Sciences experience is advantageous but not essential.
